Three Aussie Days we've tried lamb, including some directly from a friend of ours' farm, and all three were spit-takes for me, just AWFUL!! Made me sad, figured I just hadn't inherited the sheep eating genes. from donkey husband (100 emoji) to nitpicking pettiness and savage NC. (lamingtons are criminally yummy!!!) I am a boring, picky eater probably because textures I'm unfamiliar with freak me out, so this is a big scary thing usually.

So we celebrate Australia Day every year including trying new appropriate meals.
